What Students are Saying
I had no prior training or experience in script supervision before the class. But due to her training, the crew on my first film had no idea I was brand new. They actually told me after the shoot that besides being a great script supervisor, they thought I had been doing it for a while. This is due to Randi's class. I knew what to ask, who to talk to and how to handle situations that would arise, though it was my first time on set, let alone never being a script supervisor before.
Things that I was confused about in class, (ie. slating) all came together and made sense once I actually worked on a film. Randi also takes the time to review your editor's notes after the class is over to give you suggestions on how to be better. This was extremely helpful. She noticed minor mistakes I was making. I was grateful for her corrections.
Randi is so very knowledgeable about script supervision and the entertainment business in general, and she's always eager to share her experience to make you a great script supervisor.
